İkinci keman sadece ezgiye bir eşlik aracı olarak kullanılmamış, zaman zaman birinci kemanla birlikte güzel melodilerle inişli çıkışlı bir birliktelik sunuyorlar. Bu eseri yazdığı için kendisini kutluyorum. Eserin konserde canlı çalınmış halini de dinlemeyi çok isterim. * * * I listened to the duo “Istanbul” composed by Burak Eker for two violins. The piece is really good, in my opinion. I liked it very much, both technically and musically. There are touching passages in the work. The second violin is not only used as an accompaniment to the melody, but from time to time, together with the first violin, they present an up and down unity with beautiful melodies. I congratulate him for composing this piece and I would love to hear it played live in concert.
