Teslimat süresi; teslimat ülkesine, siparişinizdeki ürünlere, sipariş tutarına ve ağırlığına göre değişebilir. Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonra 30 gün içinde, kullanılmamış ve orijinal durumda ise iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. İade kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir; hatalı veya hasarlı ürünlerde iade kargosunu biz karşılarız.

Ücretsiz kargo: Genel kitap tarifesinde 100 ABD doları ve üzeri siparişlerde standart, 125 ABD doları ve üzeri siparişlerde ekspres kargo ücretsizdir. Eşik tutarı da kapsanır; farklı gönderim profillerindeki ürünlerin seçenekleri ödeme ekranında gösterilir.
Vergiler ve gümrük ücretleri: Vergiler fiyatlara dahildir; ödeme sırasında ürün ve seçtiğiniz kargo bedeline ilave vergi eklenmez. Uluslararası gönderilerimiz DDP (gümrük vergileri ödenmiş teslimat) ile gönderilir. İthalat vergileri, gümrük vergileri ve taşıyıcının gümrük işlem bedelleri Mezetto tarafından karşılanır; teslimatta bu kalemler için ek ücret ödemezsiniz.

• Türkiye: 1.500 TL ve üzeri siparişlerde standart kargo ücretsizdir.
• Birleşik Krallık: 45 £ ve üzeri siparişlerde standart, 60 £ ve üzeri siparişlerde ekspres kargo ücretsizdir.
• Avrupa Birliği: Hizmet verilen AB ülkelerinde 50 € ve üzeri siparişlerde standart, 75 € ve üzeri siparişlerde ekspres kargo ücretsizdir. Norveç ve İsviçre bu tarifeye dâhil değildir; Kıbrıs bu gönderim kapsamında yer almaz.
• ABD: 100 ABD doları ve üzeri siparişlerde standart, 125 ABD doları ve üzeri siparişlerde ekspres kargo ücretsizdir.
• Kanada: 125 Kanada doları ve üzeri siparişlerde standart, 150 Kanada doları ve üzeri siparişlerde ekspres kargo ücretsizdir.

Bu eşikler Genel kargo tarifesi kapsamındaki kitap gönderimleri için geçerlidir ve eşik tutarını da kapsar. Sepet tutarı indirimlerden sonra ve vergiler eklenmeden önce hesaplanır; kargo ücreti bu tutara dâhil edilmez. Farklı gönderim profillerindeki ürünlerde seçenekler değişebilir; siparişiniz için geçerli yöntem ve ücret ödeme ekranında gösterilir.

Genel kitap tarifesinde Birleşik Krallık, kapsanan AB ülkeleri, ABD ve Kanada için ücretler sepet tutarına bağlıdır ve ilgili bölgenin GBP, EUR, USD veya CAD tarifesi kullanılır. Diğer ülke ve gönderim profillerinde hesaplama değişebilir. Ücretli kademeler için Kargo Politikasına bakın.

Free shipping: Under the general book shipping rates, Standard shipping is free on orders of US$100 or more; Express shipping is free on orders of US$125 or more. Other shipping profiles may offer different options, shown at checkout.
Taxes, customs duties and import charges: Taxes are included in our prices; no additional tax is added to the product and selected shipping charges at checkout. Our international shipments use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Mezetto covers import taxes, customs duties and carrier customs-clearance fees, so you pay no additional charges for these at delivery.

These thresholds apply to book shipments covered by the general shipping rates and include the threshold amount itself. Eligibility uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, excluding shipping charges.
