Birleşik Krallık'ın tüm bölgelerine ve çoğu Avrupa ülkesine de teslimat yapıyoruz. Teslimat süreleri varış noktasına ve kargo şirketinin durumuna göre değişir.

İngiltere'deki stoktan ürünler: Ödeme onayından sonra 1-2 iş günü içinde kargoya verilir. Tahmini teslimat Birleşik Krallık içinde 2-4 iş günü, Avrupa'ya 5-10 iş günüdür.

İngiltere dışından temin edilen ürünler (kitaplar dahil): İşleme süresi 2-3 iş günü ve tahmini teslimat 10-15 iş günü sürer (gümrük işlemleri ve yerel posta hizmetlerine bağlıdır).

Ancak, her iki dile de ilgi duyan okuyucular için giderek artan bir İngilizce ve iki dilli kitap yelpazesi de sunuyoruz.

Siparişinizi teslim aldıktan sonra 30 gün içinde, kullanılmamış ve orijinal durumda ise iade talebinde bulunabilirsiniz. İade kargo ücreti müşteriye aittir; hatalı veya hasarlı ürünlerde iade kargosunu biz karşılarız.
