Processing & Delivery Times

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the product source:

  • UK-sourced products:
    Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days.

  • Products sourced from outside the UK (including books):
    Standard processing time is 2–3 business days, and estimated delivery takes 10–15 business days. Express processing time is 1–2 business days, and estimated delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons and public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (outside the UK), additional charges are automatically calculated at checkout and included in your order total:

• Import VAT/BTW – Value-added tax charged by your destination country
• Customs duties – Government charges based on product value and type
• Carrier handling fees – Administrative fees charged by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL)

These charges are calculated and added to your payment total during checkout. You will see the complete amount, including all taxes, duties, and fees, before completing your purchase.

Mezetto uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms for international shipments, meaning all import costs are prepaid and included in your order. You will not be charged additional fees at delivery.

We declare all shipments accurately in compliance with international regulations. If you have questions about the breakdown of charges, please contact our customer service team.

All orders are shipped via reliable carriers with extensive distribution networks in the respective countries to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer free shipping based on product category, sourcing location, and delivery destination:

UK Book Orders:

  • Books: Free shipping on orders over £45

European Union Book Orders:

  • Books: Free shipping on orders over 50 Euro

US Book Orders:

  • Books: Free shipping on orders over 100 USD

Other International Book Orders:

  • Internationally sourced products: Free shipping on orders over £125

Returns & Return Shipping

If you decide to return a product, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
